Enrichment Summer School
The Fargo Public Schools Elementary Enrichment program offers a wide variety of classes for children who have completed grades 2-5. The summer enrichment courses are intended to strengthen students’ self-esteem, learn new abilities, and encourage lifelong learning through creative and enriching activities. Kindergarten Registration for Fall 2022 will open online on February 1, 2022.
Your child must be age 5 by July 31, 2022 to attend school in the fall.
Registration is a two-step process:
STEP ONE: REGISTER ONLINE
Complete online registration forms at www.fargo.k12.nd.us/registration. For assistance, please contact your child’s school to schedule an appointment to complete in-person. Masks are required for all visitors.
STEP TWO: SUBMIT DOCUMENTATION
Upload or bring the following documents to your child’s school by August 25 to finalize registration.
- Child’s certified birth certificate
- Child’s immunization record with 5-year shots
- Document (i.e. current city utility bill or bank statement) that includes parent/guardian name and current address for verification

Bennett & Centennial Elementary All-School Track & Field Meet
Sponsored by the Centennial PTO & Bennett PTA
*FREE EVENT* JUST COME AND PARTICIPATE-- NO REGISTRATION REQUIRED
When: Monday, May 16th, 2022 (There is no inclement weather date for this event)
Time: 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.
Where: Davies High Track (CONCESSIONS AVAILABLE)
Who: All Centennial & Bennett students – Grades K through 5th
Why: To run, jump and throw and have loads of FUN!!!!!!!
Meet Schedule: *All times are approximate
Running events:
800 Meter Run—6:00 (4th-5th only) Boys & Girls will run together from each school and earn ribbons by grade and gender
50 Meter Dash--6:15 (all grades) Centennial will run on west side of the track; Bennett on the east side
100 Meter Dash—6:30 (all grades) Centennial will run on west side of the track; Bennett on the east side
200 Meter Dash—6:45 (all grades) Bennett will run south to north; Centennial will run north to south (lanes 2-8)
400 Meter Dash—7:00 (2nd-5th only) Schools will run separately starting at the northwest starting line
4x100 Meter Relay—7:20 (any 4 people; kids and adults can be mixed from any school and any grade)
Field events:
Start at 6:00 (all grades). Bennett uses east pit and Centennial uses west pit. Each school will have their own throwing area.
Softball throw (3 throws) & Long Jump (3 jumps)
Rules:
• Students may be in any 3 events plus a relay
• Heats will be organized by grade, beginning with kindergarten. Centennial on west side of the track and Bennett on the east side
• Boys will compete against boys, and girls will compete against girls.
• A maximum of 6 runners will be entered in each heat except the 800m run
• Ribbons will be awarded to all participants at the completion of each running event EXCEPT the 4 x 100 Relay.
• Field events will run continuously, ribbons will be handed out the following day in school.
