A Message from your Principals
As Great Hollow winds down for 2023, we hope that your holiday season is filled with family, friends, joy and happiness. It is important to take some time to reflect on what is meaningful in our lives and to be thankful for what we have.
From our Great Hollow family, we want to wish you and your family the happiest of holidays and a healthy New Year!
We are looking forward to seeing everyone in 2024!

Most Valuable Team Player Award Ceremony
On December 7, Great Hollow Middle School honored students who embodied the spirit of what it means to be a GHMS student. These students have shown excellence in the classroom and throughout the school by showing good character, responsible decision making, and by going the extra mile to be kind and friendly. Congratulations to all of our award recipients!
GHMS Winter Concert Series
December 4th was the beginning of our Winter Concert Series at GHMS. Our 6th, 7th, & 8th grade chorus students performed on Monday, December 4th, under the direction of Mrs. Putnam and Mr. MacCarthy. On December 6th, 11th, 13th, and 18th, Mrs. Jurlando, Mr. Lippman, Mr. Margolin, and Mr. Roth, led our band and orchestra performances as they played holiday tunes and musical classics. Thank you to the music department for all your hard work getting our students prepared for their performances.
