Snow Leopards are one of the biggest cats in the world, and they are part of the cat family. They can't roar unlike Tigers and Lions, and they can leap up to fifteen metres.
They also kill prey three times their size. Their main prey is blue sheep and Himalayan tahr.
Cubs
There is about 2-3 cubs in one litter but there can be more, the mating season starts at January to mid March, and most are born in May or June. and they are also born blind and don't gain their sight until there nine days old.

Snow Leopards
Snow Leopards tails are up to 80 to 105cm long. There tails help them keep balance, and can wrap around them to keep warm. Snow Leopards live at high altitudes, they have been seen above 5,500 meters high in the Himalayas.
The Himalaya mountains
The Himalaya mountains is found in south Asia. It is the tallest mountain in the world, and is almost 2,000 meters high. And altitude means the height of an object or point.
