Weekly Technology Update

We were very busy this past weekend with the VDI environment upgrade. Please read the updates below and let us know if you continue to experience any of the items listed.

  • USB Redirection: If you experience any problems with printers, label makers or scan snap printers, please contact us as soon as possible. We have a resolution!

  • Slow Typing: If you experience slow or choppy typing at times, we have identified a setting in VDI that could be causing this. We would like to test changing the setting to see if it dramatically improves performance.

*The results have been positive so far and there are no adverse effects*
