Who is Jesus?

“But who do you say that I am?” (Reflection)
As Peter said “You are the Messiah, the Son of the living God.” To me this means Jesus is the living human body in flesh of God. He was sent here for a reason. And that specific reason was to introduce God to others and spread his mission. Jesus is the reason there is a Church, and without the church, there would be many religions and a building used for Christian worship. I see Jesus as the reason we are here in America, in OLP, living with our wonderful families. He is even the reason we are alive. He gave us peace and hope. As I think of this question my answers would be that I see him as my reason of living. He is our Messiah. Jesus came to save us from sin, and as I think of that it makes me feel happy and safe, like Jesus will always be here for us no matter what and that I have so much to thank him for.
Insight
From Mathew 16:18 I honestly did not know that the Greek word for Peter means rock. I’m really surprised at this because now I see how this connect when Jesus said “And I tell you that you are Peter, and on this rock I will build my church”
Bible Passages
Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and know, I am with you always, even to the end of the age." (Mathew 28:19-20)
-This is my favorite bible passage from the whole bible because when I read this I feel very happy and grateful for what he did for us.
Surely, God is my salvation; I will trust and not be afraid. The Lord, the Lord, is my strength and my song; he has become my salvation. Isaiah 12:2
God in the world (Picture)
I put this picture because i believe Jesus is everywhere. He is watching all of us and with us no matter what. He helps us every step of the way on our lives. He forgives us and takes cares of us. Most importantly, loves us.
