Karisma Kidz Update

November 2014

Intel Global Challenge, Berkeley

Karisma Kidz won first prize in the category of Computing for Social Innovation at the Intel Global Challenge in Berkeley, CA, taking home a $15k prize. Over 20,000 technology startups applied for the challenge, and Karisma Kidz made it through 4 rounds of judging at European and Global levels to make the top 8 businesses overall. While prizes are always gratefully received, it's particularly rewarding to be recognised for our social impact and our potential to make the world a better place.
