Safety Reminder for Visitors

As we continue to review and tweak our safety protocols we wanted to send a friendly reminder to visitors regarding procedures when entering the building. If you are entering the building for whatever reason; please DO NOT open the door or hold the door for another visitor.

We have important safety protocol that our office staff follows when visitors enter our building. This includes vetting those that enter the building. While we understand that this is a KIND gesture, when visitors open the door or hold the door for others entering the building; this does not allow HCE staff to follow through with the safety protocol that we have in place.

Thank you for your cooperation on this matter!

Summer Academy Registration is Open

2023 CR Summer Academy Registration for academic programs is now underway. The registration window will remain open until Wednesday, April 12, 2023. Please do not delay in registering your student, as our programs fill up quickly. This link provides general Summer Academy information for families of those students who recently received invitations for participation.

As a reminder, adult supervision does not begin at Hillcrest until 8:50AM. To that point, we are requesting that walkers arrive closer to 9AM. This will allow walkers to enter the building upon arrival, rather than waiting outside the school when arriving before 8:50AM.

As a reminder, supervision does not begin until 8:50AM. To that point we are requesting that all students remain in their cars until you see the adult on duty exit the building at 8:50AM.

Please do not drop off students in front of the building when there is no adult supervision present. This is a major safety issue because there is a continuous movement of vehicles in front the building during this time. Even a few minutes early can be detrimental during this busy time.

We are now accepting 2023-2024 Registrations

Online Registration: The Council Rock School District utilizes a secure online portal for a parent(s) to enroll their child(ren). Please ensure you have all required documents ready before starting the enrollment process below. The application functions best in the Chrome browser on a desktop or laptop. Please be aware that June 1st is the deadline to guarantee placement in home school.

Your child is NOT registered until all documents have been received, reviewed by central registration, and the final registration document has been signed by the parent.

All questions regarding student lunch accounts should be sent to the Chartwells staff at www.HCECafeteria@CRSD.org. Click on the below link to preview the monthly menu and nutritional information.

Attached is the form to be completed for Family Educational Trips. Handwritten letters are accepted, however this form is preferred. Please be sure to submit the form/letter at least ten (10) days prior to your trip, for approval. Please contact Debbie Kunzig, attendance clerk, at dkunzig@crsd.org if you have questions regarding this process.
