Summer Reading and Math Work
Summer reading and math work can be found on our website under the Academics tab beginning July 2nd. If students are not engaged in some learning over the summer, they risk losing skills in math and reading. Our classroom teachers have compiled these activities based on our curriculum. We encourage all of our students to complete the work and read over the summer.
This year, in order to streamline class supply purchasing for parents, Immaculate has partnered with School Toolbox. Visit the website below and let School Toolbox do you shopping for you. All supplies will be packaged up and delivered to your door!
One Box, One Meal, Two kids – For every order the school places through School Tool Box, they will donate one meal to a starving child through Feed My Starving Children.
The school will also receive 5% back for every purchase.
The official school calendar can be found on the school website and Parent Portal. We have adopted most of the statewide school calendar. Dates or events are subject to change and will always be noted on the school calendar on the website and Parent Portal. Please consult the website calendar throughout the year for official details and changes.
The primary vehicle for communicating with our families is through email. Important information and documents can also be found on the school website: www.iccatholicschool.org. Families who wish to communicate with a teacher should consult the school website for a listing of all faculty and staff email addresses or call the main office to leave a phone message for a teacher.
A family directory can be found on Rediker. This allows families to contact each other should that be necessary. Families may opt-out of having their contact information listed in the directory on our Student Online Profile Form.
Saints News, a weekly newsletter from the principal is sent out every Friday during the school year with news and information for the upcoming week. Please email the principal if you are not receiving this communication.
Rediker Parent Plus Portal
New families will be receiving log-in instructions for our online parent portal at the beginning of August. In addition, all families will receive information on filling out/updating our Student Online Forms. This form contains crucial student and family details necessary to ensure your child’s safety. All Student Profile Forms must be submitted by August 15th.
Virtual Student Orientation
This summer, each teacher will host a virtual student orientation day. Students will be invited to join their new teacher virtually and learn all about what the year ahead will be like, what their classroom looks like and all the fun they will be having! Orientation days will be held during the week of August 17th. Each class will hear about the specific date and time at the beginning of August.
Virtual Back to School Parent Information Session
This year, we will hold a Back to School Day virtually on August 26th for both Elementary School and Middle School. Specific times will be forthcoming for each individual class. These sessions will be lead by your child's teachers and will take the place of our Back to School nights that are typically held in September. More specifics about the exact time for each class will be given at the beginning of August.
Summer Email Information
In an effort to be green, you will be receiving a summer email with important paperwork and information that must be completed before the start of school. Once you receive the email, if you have any questions, or would prefer a hard copy of any of the paperwork, please call the school.
We are planning a number of building upgrades and projects to prepare for the upcoming school year; therefore email is the best way to contact the school during the summer months.

All students are expected to be in full uniform as approved by the school from entering homeroom until 2:30 pm. You may purchase uniforms through Donnelly’s, located at 50 Sharpe Drive in Cranston, 401-942-5202, or through Land’s End. Our dress code may be found in our Family handbook in the section entitled Student Life.
Our school handbook can be found on our website. This is a wonderful resource for you to refer to when you have questions about a particular policy or procedure. Our handbook is updated each summer to reflect the most current policies. Please note there will changes due to COVID-19 health and safety regulations added over the summer.
