New OAKS Help Now Available
Completely Redesigned for Easier Use
We listened to you
We know that our OAKS tutorials were very hard to locate so we've taken faculty feedback and redesigned our OAKS help pages to better fit how faculty think of the information.
The new page is broken down into sections to make things easier to find.
How Do I...
All of the most asked questions are here. Start by selecting a category then find your question to take you to the tutorial you need. Some examples are:
- How do I copy materials and settings from one course to another?
- How do I make sure the Final Grade is visible to my students?
- How do I add my syllabus to OAKS?
If you know the tool you want to use but don't know how to use it then this is the place for you. The tools are listed in alpha order as well as by category and will take you to all the tutorials you need to use that tool.
Quick Guides are themed guides to help you use OAKS more effectively. We currently have them for
- Starting a new semester
- Getting Started with OAKS for New Users
- Identifying At Risk Students
OAKS has many integrations and this section will show you what's available and how to use it. Some examples are:
- VoiceThread
- McGraw Hill Campus
- YouTube
- Films on Demand
We'd love your feedback on the new site
