RAIDER FCA
Raider FCA Welcomes Guest speaker & Teams up with SADD For movie Day
The Raider FCA welcomed guest speaker, Broc Litherland, on Monday, March 2. Broc shared his message about the importance of having a plan, but knowing that often times life won't go according to your plans. Broc explained that it is at these times that having a strong relationship with Christ will enable you to find peace in seeing how God's plans are being revealed and are better than you could have imagined. Raider FCA continue to show a strong turnout. We also held our first Raider FCA movie day on Sunday, March 8. We teamed up with the SADD club to gather in the SHS auditorium for a chance to relax and enjoy fellowship while watching the movie, "Save a Life". Upcoming spring events include student-led devotionals, elections for next year's Raider FCA executive board, and the annual year-end tradition of donuts & dodgeball!

ATTENTION SENIORS
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR College-bound Seniors
College-Bound Seniors: Please continue to pay attention to scholarship deadlines. Most of the local scholarships are due in March and April. Visit Guidance with any questions.
21st Century Scholars: For the Class of 2017 and beyond, additional requirements have been added to receive the 21st Century Scholarship. Current 9th and 10th graders who are in the 21st Century Scholars Program must complete the Scholar Success Program, graduate with a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher, and earn a Core 40 or Honors Diploma.
Reminders for College-Bound Juniors
Registration for the Spring ACT and SAT continues. It is strongly recommended that college bound juniors take either/or/both of the standardized tests. Four year colleges base their admission decisions on the standardized test scores of the SAT or ACT, the transcript, and involvement in extracurricular activities.
Mrs. Lyons and Mrs. Fowler have reserved the computer lab on Wednesday mornings from 7:30 - 8:00 and will be available to help with SAT/ACT registration.
Sophomore Class Fundraiser Meeting
