Please Complete CCSD's Annual District Survey
Your assistance in data gathering is a vital part of CCSD’s annual self-assessment. The annual Districtwide Survey for students, parents/guardians, and staff will be open from Friday, November 13, 2020, through December 18, 2020. The survey is intended to provide information for CCSD and schools regarding progress toward CCSD priorities and to comply with the requirements of the Board of School Trustees. The survey will take less than 10 minutes to complete.
Parents/guardians are encouraged to submit their 2020-2021 Districtwide Parent/Guardian Survey online using a computer, laptop, or other mobile device at https://www.ccsd.net/survey.
