What happened that day?
19 hijackers took control of four jets coming out of airports on September 11, 2001 and wrecked into buildings. One of the planes crashed into the twin towers in New York city and destroyed them. Another was heading towrards the Pentagon in Arlington County, Virginia. The most known hijacker was Osama Bin Laden, who wasn't able to be found until 2012, then they found his body. It's said Osama attacked because he thought that the west was "attacking Islam."
