Stay Drug Free

Here are some good reasons NOT to take drugs. Drug use can cause you to lose your ability to remember things, to think clearly and to study properly. Drug use can make you sick and too much can kill you. Drugs are poisonous after all! If you take drugs you could get the diseases, Hepatitis C, HIV and AIDS. Abuse of drugs in women can cause illnesses or death to their unborn children.

Drug use can interfere with your ability to do everyday activities. It can also interfere with your ability to work and make it much harder to earn money. Drug use may seem like a "cool" idea in the beginning but it can quickly turn into a living horror movie for both you and your family. These are just some of the many reasons why you should just say NO to drugs!

Exercise!

Exercise is very important no matter how old you are because exercise can help you live longer. Exercise can help you feel better about yourself and helps increase your chances of not being depressed. Not only does exercise help you build stronger muscles and and bones but it also can help you sleep better at night! Exercise can be a way to help you reach a healthy weight and a great way to meet new people. By exercising you can help prevent heart disease, high blood pressure and other health issues.

There are many types of physical activities ranging from fun to highly competitive workouts. Aerobic activities can include walking, running, bike riding, and my favorite swimming. You can also exercise by doing muscle strengthening workouts.

This type of workout can range from lifting weights to doing pushups and situps. Another form of exercise can be done to help improve your balance and flexibility by doing stretching activities. These activities can take the form of dancing, martial arts or my sister's new favorite yoga.
