Weekly Wildcat
February 3, 2023
Hello Sundance Families!
Happy belated 100th Day of School! We had a wonderful time celebrating this week with our school-wide spirit day, 100 positive phone calls, and classroom celebrations and STEAM activities. Next week, classes will participate in Valentine's Day STEAM activities. Our Wildcats will design cupid's arrow that will challenge students to shoot an "arrow" at a paper heart from within 10 feet using common classroom items. Upper graders will create light-up circuit Valentine's Day cards. Don't miss our upcoming Mindful Monday linked here. I hope to see you at our Magic Show on Friday, February 10th at 6pm.
Last week we launched our new District wide survey through Thoughtexchange. We are excited to collect your input on both a District and individual school level. Your responses will shape future budget decisions and program priorities. It’s easy to participate, right from your smartphone, and you’ll not only be able to share your own thoughts, but also see and rate the thoughts of others. This is all done anonymously!
Click here to participate: https://bit.ly/2023pusdlcap The survey period is open from now until Friday, February 17th. If you need internet access,we are happy to provide you access to a device in our school office.
Small group counseling sessions begin next week! Click here to learn about our goals for our second round of small group sessions with Ms. Park, School Counselor.
