Fuel up to Play 60 Application

The FUTP60 committee and Vitory Middle School Staff selects a certain number of 6th, 7th and 8th grade students that consistently demonstrate strength in leadership ability in all aspects of school including: academic, social, fitness, and making healthy choices. This team of students help make key decisions regarding what FUTP60 activities are put on in school, help out with ensuring equipment is brought out and put back each day, make announcements, and help out with all FUTP60 events. They are an integral part of the success of FUTP60 at our school.

If you are interested in applying to be a student leader for next school year, please download the application found below.

ATTENTION 8th Grade Parents & Students

All 8th graders are required to fill out a 4-year planner for high school. Your student has been given instructions on how to fill in the planner in their advisory class. Please note that these planners need parent approval. All the information about 4-year planners can be found on the VMS website.

Click here to access all information about 4 year planners: VMS website under the 8th grade section and click on the 4-year planner instructions video.

Here you will find the YouTube video with instructions on how to save and fill out the planner. (Under 4-year planner instructions video.)

You will also find the Course Description Handbook and the 4-year planner.

Please listen to the YouTube video, encourage your student through the process, and after reviewing your student's planner, click on the Parent/Guardian Approval Link on the planner and push submit.

Thank you so much!
