On this panel discussion you will be able to learn efficient strategies to help you in your quest to become a successful property investor.
We invited Harish Kotecha, a knowledgeable and very successful property investor, to join our panel discussion with our Director, Joel Brookes. They will talk about their own experiences within the property business, all challenges they’ve faced and how they have overcome the main issues involving building a portfolio. The discussion will be moderated to ensure that our guests are able to deliver key, value adding and words of advice, you will also be able to take this opportunity to ask anything you need to know topic related.
An experienced Finance Director with over 30 years financial experience, owns a profitable property portfolio and has worked at both institutional and departmental level with clients in diverse business sectors including internet, retail and property. His recent work has concentrated on the management of a portfolio of investment properties from an initial value of £95,000 to £37m currently: a growth of 45% over a 5 year period. He has identified, marketed and administered purchases and sales totalling £20m in 4 years. Harish maintains and controls accounts and finance administration on 65 properties, liaising closely with solicitors and fund providers, he also researches the market for mortgages/loans and interest risk management.
