Career Readiness Tip of the Month--Expanding Your Leadership Potential
When you hear that companies are looking for people with leadership potential, you may feel like that means people with leadership experience. But that's not always that case. There are a lot of ways that you can show your leadership potential beyond just taking leadership positions. In every experience you participate in, take stock of what you learn throughout it. Leadership is not just the positions you have, it is the qualities that you possess. You can get these in many different ways. William & Mary's campaign #NoTitleNeeded highlights just some of the qualities that you can have that shows leadership potential without holding leadership positions.
