Testing, Testing, Testing
In just a week, our students will be taking several tests, from EOC's to AP Exams. Please encourage your students to get some good sleep each night and to eat a healthy breakfast each day. In the evenings, after school, it would be great for them to do something fun, i.e., riding a bike, going for a run, playing a sport or just reading a good book. While these tests are important, it is also important for them to learn how to manage the stress that many feel from this testing season.
