Culinary Institue of Michigan offers Summer Camps
Four camps are designed for 7th-11th graders (current Juniors still count in this group) and one camp Bon Bons and Other Confections is for adults only.
The student camps are $65 and are two half day camps which include lunch. They will be taught by CIM Chef Instructors. If your students are coming from out of town I have included hotels near each CIM that offer discounted rates for students visiting Baker College/CIM. Nights should be booked directly through the hotel front desk to get the Baker rate. Students families may want to book a mini vacation and see local beaches or attractions (Michigan's Adventure Water and Amusement Park is a few minute drive from our Muskegon location).
If you are interested in the Bon Bon class ($80) taught by CIM Pastry Chefs you may also want to book a room if you are coming from a distance.
