UNKNOWN YEAR: Aborigines immigrate from Malaysia, Polynesia, and Southern China.
1206: Genghis Khan took control of the Chinese mainland in the Yuang Dynasty, Taiwan falls under control of the Chinese Empire.
1430: Cheng Ho returns to his home and speaks of a beautiful land, not far from the shore. This land is labeled as Taiwan (But emigration from China is forbidden)
1593: Japan attempts to occupy Taiwan, fails. Dutch make the next attempt, lost when trying to take the city of Macao from the Portuguese.
1624: Dutch instead settle on Taiwan's southern coast and build three forts.
