Tips
- eat lots of fruits and vegetables
- stay away from junk foods
- exercise when you can
- eat only a certain number of calories a day
- makes sure you stay away from fatty/carb foods
- don't eat a lot of bread
- remember to stay eating the right food even if it's tempting to eat the bad foods
Motivation
- Always try and stay on your diet even if everyone around you is eating junk food!
- I know y'all can all keep up the diet
- remember, if you don't change you will stay the same !
- just think, if I keep this up it will lead to a better healthier life!
