  • eat lots of fruits and vegetables
  • stay away from junk foods
  • exercise when you can
  • eat only a certain number of calories a day
  • makes sure you stay away from fatty/carb foods
  • don't eat a lot of bread
  • remember to stay eating the right food even if it's tempting to eat the bad foods


  • Always try and stay on your diet even if everyone around you is eating junk food!
  • I know y'all can all keep up the diet
  • remember, if you don't change you will stay the same !
  • just think, if I keep this up it will lead to a better healthier life!
