HARRISON EAST STATE SCORES SOAR
Harrison East Elementary Recieves Award for Largest Growth
Harrison East Elementary has a lot to be proud of. The results came back from the state and East received very good news as they seen their state scores raise the most in the state. They received an Excellent Distinction. They met 21 of 24 standards. Superintendent, Dana Snider said, "I knew they had it in them. I am very proud of what they have accomplished!"

Teachers Get Prestigious Award
Three Harrison East Teachers Earn Distincion
Nellie Yeager, Kindergarten teacher, LeAnn Vancamp, 6th grade Social Studies, and Beth Burgey, 3rd grade Language Arts all received the Distinguished Teacher Award for having the highest jump on their state scores. Asst. Principal Donnie Madzia said, " These guys deserve a huge raise for such a huge accomplishment." "I'm very proud of their achievements as well as their students for a job well done!"
