Track & Field Success!
A huge THANK YOU to our team of teachers, headed up by Miss LaRochelle, for organizing a great day of Track & Field for students in Grades 3 to 8. The weather was fabulous and everyone enjoyed the day outside running, jumping and cheering on their friends. Some running events will take place this week during last block (400m & 800m). Students who qualify will be invited to participate at the Regional Track & Field Meet on June 5th at CaraCo track in Kingston. More information will be sent home with these athletes.
ME to WE update
Mme.Simms and the Me to We team want to say a big thank you to the school and community for an overwhelmingly successful Walk For Water. Everyone had such a positive attitude despite the wet conditions and walked between 1.5km and 5km!! Between bracelet sales and donations we raised $1,204!! Thank you so much for all of your support and we can’t wait for next year!
Merci!! :)

Tick Season
The warmer weather means it's once again tick season in Ontario. We encourage you to do a daily "tick check" on your children especially when they have been playing outside in the grass or wooded areas. There are many helpfu lresources that provide information on how to avoid tick bites and how to remove ticks from yourself or pets. Check our "Lyme Disease" at www.ontario.ca/page/lyme-disease.
