Up Coming Events
I have several events in the next few months that I would like to share with the team. If you are interested in doing any of these, first person to respond a definite yes will get the event. I have confirmed that we will be the ONLY Origami Owl at all of these events.
Off the Vine AZ Wine Festival: Febuary 22 2 hour drive, 10 West towards Tucson
10901 N Oracle Rd, Oro Valley, AZ 85737
Event is from 12pm-5pm
$125 booth fee
Must have your own tent, tables and chairs. Must use Origami Colors for table.
Recognition on all communication, promotional efforts relating to the event.
They expect 500 people (more upscale event)
26th Annual Ostrich Festival: March 7-9th
Tumbleweed Park - Chandler
They have 100,000 people every year.
Booth Space 10x10 $400 for East to West Booth and $500 for North to South Booth
The hours are long and NO early pack up
Friday 2pm-11pm
Saturday: 10am-Midnight
Sunday: 10am-11pm
Maricopa County Home and Garden Show at University of Phoenix Stadium
March 7-9th
Inside booth 6' x 10' space. Booth fee is $741. It's expensive, but this his a HUGE event with 100,00 plus people.
We will need at least 2 people to do this show, if not 3. It will be super busy!
First time ever that they have let Jewelry into the Home Show!
We also have the opportunity to do the Home and Garden Show, May 2nd-4th at the AZ State Fairgrounds.
Fountain Hills GREEN Fountain Day: March 16th 9am-5pm
This event is with Dixie Green Promotions
Located at the FH Plaza Fountainside
Booth Fee $75
Must have 10x10 WHITE tent, table and chairs
Must have Insurance and Fountain Hills Business License.
Arizona Health and Fitness Expo in Peoria - April 5th and 6th
Booth Fee is $650 which is hefty. They expect 7,000 including 600 professional athletes.
Must have 10x10 tent, table, chairs. Space is outside.
I have 4 other events to add and will get those posted ASAP.
I will also have Jewelry Bars in the surrounding area, Chandler, Mesa, Phoenix and Sedona. I am in the process of wrapping up the wedding show I did in Sedona where many people indicated they wanted to host a JB.
