What can you expect when you're doing a board position in AIESEC?

Did you know that since 1948 more than one million students have chosen to fulfill a board position within the largest international student organization in the world - AIESEC?

Do you want to be part of the world's largest student organization? Do you want to develop yourself both professionally and personally? Do you want to work in a team and achieve great success? And moreover, do you want to have a GREAT year with lots of fun?

Being a part of a board in the network of AIESEC the Netherlands, means being part of a global network. Within AIESEC, you can become either a full- or parttime member:

The executive board has the final responsibility of the local committee. Depending on the city, the team consists of four to six students who are fulltime dedicated to the organization. The board consists of a Local Committee President (LCP), Vice President (VP) and two to four team coordinators (Outgoing Exchange team, Incoming Exchange team, Make a Move team and National Programmes).

As a parttime board member you are part of a team, but also part of the Local Committee. You will spend about fifteen hours a week on AIESEC which consist of approximately five hours for general activities, five hours for team specific activities and five hours for function specific activities.
