Did you know.....

A 2009 study published in the Journal of Epidemiology and Community Health looked at over 300,000 people’s medical records and found that those who lived about a kilometer away from a park or wooded area were less likely to suffer from anxiety or depression compared to those who lived farther away. Getting out for a short nature walk can help you clear your mind and catch a break from the hustle and bustle of life. So Get outside and surround yourself with nature!
