Did You Know?

Fireworks are PROHIBITED

With the Fourth of July holiday approaching, this notice is being sent to remind all residents that the use of fireworks is against the Westpointe Master Community deed restrictions. All residents are asked to abide by this restriction and to be good neighbors, both to fellow residents in our community as well as those in the surrounding area. In addition, the use of fireworks can adversely affect pets, wildlife, veterans with PTSD, and young children. The noise from fireworks can cause a great amount of fear, stress, and anxiety. It is the continued goal of the Board to keep the neighborhood safe and secure for our residents and their guests. A fireworks (hazardous activity) violation is considered a violation of public safety and is subject to an automatic fine per the recorded fine and enforcement policy.
