A Message From Our Principal
It’s been an exciting week! We started the rotating schedule and I have heard from several parents how happy their children were when they came home from school. It appears that the Freshmen seemed to understand the schedule, so Kudos to our teachers for helping them! Other students felt like it was more like they remember school to be and felt more normal! My hope is that we continue to become more normal.
I had a great meeting with our Road Back to School Pandemic team this week. Most were very positive and offering some suggestions to get back to more days in and eventually a 5 day in person week. I have gathered all the information and forwarded it to our central office team for their committee meeting. I was grateful to hear from students, parents, and teachers. Change can happen, just be patient, it won’t happen overnight.
Keep looking each day on our High School web page at our banner which has the live stream of any athletic home event! Another exciting thing to come from our own EHT TV studio! And if you miss the game you can still watch it. All are recorded and on the page for your viewing pleasure. Currently only Varsity level athletic events are streamed and taped.
Have an awesome Valentine's weekend! Make sure you are kind to people on this special day and always!
Until next week, stay safe, be well, continue to dream of the possibilities ahead of us, be happy and smile at someone!

Students of the Week
STUDENT: Maryurith Vindel Mejia
NOMINATED By: Mrs. Casto
Maryurith is such a pleasure to have in class! She is very hardworking, even with the challenges that come with virtual learning. The reason I am nominating her for SOW is the consideration and support she gives to all of her classmates. She is always the first to help them with their work or to give words of encouragement when they are trying something new. She contributes so much positivity to our class each day!
