Principal's Message
Good afternoon CHS students and families,
Welcome to the start of another school year. This summer has been a busy one at CHS. Construction is wrapping up in the new wing, and we are so excited to have students learn in the space. Many student groups have been hard at work all summer as well. I got the opportunity to visit a few of our outstanding FFA students at the Clackamas County Fair this week. CHS students have so many talents and interests. It is my pleasure to see them shine!
We have a few events in the upcoming weeks to get us ready to begin the new school year. First up is registration next Wednesday and Thursday, August 23 and 24 from 12-7. Please see more information below.
Second, we are planning a Fall Open House to dedicate our new wing and to allow students to see their classrooms and teachers. Please plan on joining us on Wednesday, August 30 from 5-7. There will be yard games and a barbecue as well at this fun community event. We hope to see you there!
I am so excited for the upcoming school year. Students bring a buzz of energy and enthusiasm to our campus and really bring it to life! I am looking forward to seeing them and meeting our new members of the Cougar family. I am so happy and proud to serve this outstanding community. See you soon!
Best,
Cari Sloan
