Self Care Challenge
A simple approach to practicing self-care
This is a week-by-week roadmap offering suggestions for self-care in 5 unique categories. You can do one activity per day or combine these activities for a more thorough self-care experience. This is a self-guided program. The goal is for each participant to do the activities recommended or choose their own activity from the categories listed below. The goal is to complete at least one item from each category every week for four weeks.
Self-Care
Write a list of ten things you love about yourself. Self-love is self-care. Give yourself a compliment...or ten.
Detox
Stay off all social media for one full day, longer if you can tolerate it. Fill that time with meaningful rest, quality time with family, or notice a slight increase in focus and concentration at work or on projects at home. If you don’t have social media, grab an uplifting book and read a minimum of one chapter or 25 pages.
