Eating Balanced
To eat balanced you need to not eat so much candy. You also need to eat fruit and vegetables. Don't drink a lot of sodas. Also do not eat or drink things with 0 calories. If you eat bad food you will gain a lot of weight.
Exercise and Play Outside
Why is Physical Health Important
1. Exercise at least a hour a day.
2. Balance your diet.
3. See a doctor regularly.
4. Play at least one sport.
5. Get enough sleep.
6. Where deodorant.
7.Take care of you personnel hygiene/take a shower every day.
