Development of abnormal cells that divide uncontrollably and have the ability to infiltrate and destroy normal body tissue.

The abnormal growth of skin cells, most often develops on skin exposed to the sun. But this Cancer can also occur on areas of your skin not ordinarily exposed to sunlight.

You can get Skin Cancer by being exposed to sunlight
Symptoms
- Reddish patch of dry skin that won’t heal
- Flesh-colored (or pink, red, or brown) pearl-shaped lump
- Pimple that just won’t clear
- Sore that bleeds, heals, and then returns
- Feels hard, may be white or yellow
Treatments
- Liquid nitrogen
- Mohs surgery
- Radiation therapy
- Chemotherapy
- Biological therapy

Stage 2: The 5-year survival rate is around 92%. The 10-year survival is around 86%.
Stage 3: The 5-year survival rate is around 81%. The 10-year survival is around 67%.

Stage 4: The 5-year survival rate is around 53%. The 10-year survival is around 40%.
