This is a desert food web. It first starts with the decomposer which is the soil bacteria. The producers are sagebrush, prickly pear cactus, & desert wildflowers. The 1st level consumers are squirrel, ant, & pronghorn. The secondary consumers are badger, snakes, lizard, & bat. Lastly, the tertiary consumers are raptor, coyote, & mountain lion.
mutualism
The flower gets pollinated and the bee gets honey. Both the flower & bee is benefited.
commensalism
the bird finds shelter in the tree. The tree doesn't benefit or is harmed.
parasitism
The parasites are feeding off the dog host and the dog is being harmed
impacts
Humans have a huge impact on the environment, weather it be positive or negative. An example of negative impact is, pollution. Pollution is harmful to all living things. Humans also cut down trees to increase areas of cultivation. That causes habitat loss & threatens the survival of numerous species of plants & animals. A positive impact is saving endangered species from going extinct. Humans have positively impacted the environment by controlling wildfires.
