All-Northwest is an honor festival for high school students across Alaska, Idaho, Oregon, Montana, Washington, and Wyoming. Students must qualify by submitting recordings of their music. The BSD7 Budget Committee continues to meet twice monthly to work toward the goal of making a recommendation to the Board of Trustees on how to solve the $4.1 million dollar budget imbalance. The committee hopes to provide final recommendations to the Board of Trustees in December. At the most recent meeting the committee spent time with the community generated list of potential budget reductions, asking clarifying questions, exploring potential cost savings from each item, and discussing the challenges associated with each of the ideas being considered by the committee.

As the group comes to consensus on preliminary recommendations for the Board of Trustees to consider the District plans to host community meetings to ensure transparency and to provide community members opportunities to learn, ask questions, and provide feedback.
