2023 Graduating Seniors- Apply for GA Scholar

The 2023 Georgia Scholar Program application window is now open. High school seniors who meet the eight criterion categories may complete the application, provided they are scheduled to graduate in spring 2023 and obtain signatures from their principal, school counselor, and parent or guardian. The 2023 Georgia Scholar Program application is due by 5 p.m. on February 10, 2023. The criterion and application form are available HERE. Applicants should be aware that Georgia Scholar is a recognition-only program. No scholarship funds are associated with this program. Graduating seniors who apply and meet the criterion will receive a seal for their diploma. The criterion is set in state law and exceptions are not possible. Your hard copy application is due to Ms. Miles (or Mrs. White) in room 516 no later than Tuesday, February 7th, 2023. Ms. Miles will submit your final application no later than Friday, February 10, 2023, by 5:00pm.

RHHS has a strong team of school counselors to support our students. Students are assigned a counselor based on their last name. All school counselors at Richmond Hill High School will provide developmentally appropriate counseling services based on data-driven practices to remove barriers to students' academic achievement and promote a safe and secure environment for all students.
