January14, 2022
Greetings Mustang Families,
I hope this Friday evening finds your families healthy and safe. As you know, COVID-19 rates have spiked all over the country, and our school community is no exception. In order to help curb the spread, we ask all of our students to remain vigilant with hand washing, sanitizing, and wearing masks while indoors. Together, we can help stop the spread! If your student tests positive, or exhibits symptoms and must stay home, please be sure to call our attendance office and leave a message. Please be aware that due to call volume and staffing shortages, it may take us a bit to get back to you, but we most definitely will.
On an academic note, you will start to see grades inputted in parent connect for most of your students' classes. Please be sure to check grades early and often in an attempt to help your student stay on top of their studies in order to ensure a strong finish to the school year!
Have a great weekend!
Thank you,
Greg Anderson, Ed.D

STAYING HOME WHEN YOU ARE SICK
It is critical students stay home when they are experiencing any symptoms. Please view the COVID-19 Symptom Decision Tree in the TK-12 Safety Plan on page 9 for more information (link below). To assist students in staying current in their studies, teachers have their class work posted on Google Classroom or Canvas. We recommend students email their teachers for particular assignment information.
All absences are required to be reported to the attendance office:

Did You Know?
Any student who parks on the ERHS campus must have a parking permit. Permits can be obtained from our student store at lunch or after school. Any student who attempts to park without a permit, may be prohibited from remaining in the parking lot. All vehicles need to have a permit by Tues. Jan 18th for semester 2.
Office Hours
We encourage our students to start off semester 2 right! Office Hours is one of ERHS' primary supports campus-wide to provide students intervention and/or enrichment in all subject matter on Thursdays and Fridays every week. This is built into all 9th-12th grade student schedules.
Students may review the Office Hours Menu of class offerings each week.
Plan ahead, be intentional, and be on time.
