Next week is our last week for distance learning. Brace up and smile! There is light at the end of the tunnel! Our team effort in continuing learning and practicing skills is truly commendable. Thank you all for supporting us through this experience!
I truly miss our students but know that safety is the priority! Please continue to reach out. Also, please do contact us for registration packets for 5K students or new to 1st grade.

Tuesday, May 19 -- School Board Meeting
Friday, May 22 -- Last day for distance learning
Monday, May 25 -- Memorial Day
Wednesday, May 27 -- 10:00-11:30
Final Drop Off Day and Wave Parade
Teachers will socially distance and line the drives! Drop off carts will be at the ends of each loop. You will stay in the car, wave, and drop off school books, library books, packets, etc., at the designated spots! This is to be a special time for students, teachers, and staff to see each other!

Fifth Grade Farewell Parade
Fifth grade teachers will share details with their parents and students.
Friday, June 5 -- Report Cards will be mailed.
5K and New to 1st Grade Registration
Please remember that we are accepting registration for 5-year Kindergarten and new to Midway 1st graders. Please email Kelley Waslewski at kwaslewski@lexington1.net and she will send you the registration packet. This is very important to get these students enrolled as this is how the number of teachers is determined. We want to be ready for August! Also, spread the word to your new neighbors!

ABC Project is partnering with South Carolina Afterschool Alliance to offer arts and arts integration lessons every Friday in May. Please share with students and families who may be interested in attending.
