LOST AND FOUND

With our wonderful weather being cold then hot, we have a lot of kids take off their jackets at recess and forget to grab them before they leave. Please make sure your child's name is on their jacket so we can help return them.

OUTSIDE FOOD/DRINKS

-Just a reminder, outside food/drinks brought in by parents/guardians can only be consumed by their child and cannot be shared by other students unless directed by the school. To protect instructional time we do not allow classroom birthday parties.

Mindset Matters Time

Across the district we are introducing the 7 Mindsets. The 7 Mindsets approach is based on the premise that success depends less on what a person knows, and much more significantly on how he or she thinks. These mindsets provide the foundation for resilience, motivation, and meaning in life. By making small shifts in the way someone views the world and his or her future in it, we help create a positive and sustainable transformation.

GRIT Tickets

The staff at Meadow Brook are looking for students who have GRIT. We will be giving the student a "GRIT Ticket" to acknowledge their excellent behavior. Then, the student's name will go in a monthly drawing to win a PTSO snack coupon. Winners will be announced at our GRIT Assembly.
