Pot of Gold Tickets

Win $500 in September! Your child should have brought home an envelope containing your Pot of Gold tickets this week. You have already paid for these through your Fundraising Fee--we just need you to fill out the stubs and return them so you will be in the first Early Bird Drawing on September 16. If you want to try to resell them, you simply need to fill in the name of your purchaser (with your name on the back as seller). Your buyer will pay you, and you keep that money. Don't delay, or you'll miss a chance at $500 in the Early Bird!

Claim Your Spot at Frankfest!

We have had a lot of action on the SignUp page for Frankfest, but there are still plenty of shifts available! This is a great opportunity to earn a volunteer hour while still getting to enjoy our back to school bash, meet the teachers and other parents, and watch your kids having fun. Don't forget to send in your donations for the class-specific raffle baskets by Friday, September 7 (details were in the Thursday envelope).

Order forms will come home next week. Please have your students dress in Sunday best attire.



We invite all parents/guardians to join us for our Back to School Parent Night, where you will have the chance to visit the classrooms, meet your children's teachers, and find out about expectations for the year. There will be multiple brief presentations at each grade level to enable families with more than one child to visit each of their classrooms. The schedule will be as follows:

6:30-6:45 - Welcome Address in the School Hall

6:45-7:00 - Grade Level Presentation #1

7:00-7:15 - Grade Level Presentation #2

7:15-7:30 - Grade Level Presentation #3

Parent Night should not be confused with Parent/Teacher conferences, which will take place November 1. If you need to meet with your child’s teacher one on one before then, please contact her via email. A complete faculty directory is available on our school website.


SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 23, FIVE GUYS, MUNSTER, 11:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.

St. Ann Supper Club is a monthly fundraiser in which local restaurants return to us a percentage of all food purchases made by St. Ann community members and friends. Most establishments donate between 10 and 20% of their Supper Club earnings to us. All you have to do is turn in the provided vouchers when you order―these are always sent home with the school children, inserted in the weekly church bulletins, and posted on our Facebook pages. Watch for your Five Guys vouchers to come home soon.


Our Supper Club coordinator has been with us since we began the program many years ago. Now that her SAS grads are in high school and college, she is ready to move on and would be willing to help someone new take over the program. This is a great opportunity for anyone who would like to take care of their volunteer hours from home--all you need is a phone and a computer! Supper Clubs take place every month during the school year, and usually take the summers off. If you are interested in finding out more, please reach out to Jennifer Gray at and she will put you in touch with the out-going coordinator. She can provide you contacts for her regular establishments, and you are welcome to discover new ones. This position will cover your volunteer hours requirement for the entire year. Thank you!

Weekly School Masses

We attend Mass together as a school community every Wednesday morning in the Church at 9:00 a.m. On the last Wednesday of every month, there is also the option of spending time in the Chapel for Eucharistic Adoration. Please join us any time!
