PK 4.3 - Weekly newsletter
Dear parents,
First of all, THANK YOU to all the mommies that came to celebrate Mother’s day with us! It was really fun to watch you enjoy a delicious massage by your children and delight you with the song and poem that kids put good effort on learning for you :):):) Your attendance that day meant the world to the kids and I appreciate your support and interest in helping them develop their social-emotional skills and relationships through early experiences like we had on Wednesday.
Our wheels study's still going on, and during the week we had a chance to talk about how vehicles (cars) have changed over time. Kids imagined and drew a picture of the way they thought cars will look like in the future. We also decorated our own pinwheel and made it turn!!
The end of the semester is getting closer!!! Our last week of the year promises to be a fun one since we’ll celebrate learning by having “A day on wheels” and our Holiday Party!
Objectives of the week:
- Establishes and sustains positive relationships
- Participates cooperatively and constructively in group situations
- Demonstrates fine-motor strength and coordination
- Demonstrates phonological awareness
- Explores musical concepts and expression
