Proteins is the most abundant substance in your body. The body is built up of protein. Protein is is vital when it comes to body tissue. your body will use it for energy. It's actually a main source of energy. Protein also is involved when it comes to hormones being formed. Proteins also control biochemical reactions and aid the immune system. I chose protein because as an athlete i know all the positive affects of it. Hair and nails are made up of protein.
