Welcome to the Fronterra Gazette. This newsletter was created to enhance communication in your community and to keep Fronterra residents up to date on neighborhood happenings, events, meeting dates, and much more!

September 28 - 8am to 2pm

Community-Wide Garage Sale! Time to clean out those closets and the garage! Why not make a little $$ in the process... To participate, all you need to do is organize what you want to sell, set it up, and open your garage door. The HOA will be placing signage at the community entrances and also be placing advertisements on social media to draw in the public. Happy selling!

October 29th - Annual HOA Meeting

When: 630-730pm. Sign in begins at 6pm.

    Hog Damage

    Wild hogs have been causing a lot of damage in Fronterra at Westpointe. The HOA has hired a professional trapper to move the pigs out of the area. Damage from wild hogs is widespread, not just in your community. Click here to read more about these wild urban hogs.

    What is the FASTEST way to reach someone at KiTH Management, the HOA management company?

    All non-emergencies should be sent to KiTH via email to either or If you need to report a life-threatening emergency, dial 911. If you need to report an HOA emergency such as a toilet overflowing at the pool, please call the office at 210.585.2386 and leave a message.

    Why did I get a bill? I thought I had a credit balance?

    You may still receive a statement even if you have a credit balance. Credit balances are reflected on statements when your balance is in parentheses, i.e. ($125.48).

    How Do I Request a Pool Key?

    Visit and check out the Forms menu.

    How Do I Reserve the Clubhouse?

    Visit and check out the Clubhouse option under Members.

    What's the difference between TOPS and Alliance?

    TOPS is the online resident portal. From the portal you can access your account, check your balance, download community documents, etc. You can request access by sending an email to with your name and property address.

    Alliance is the bank we partner with for online payments. You can set up one time payments, or recurring payments. If you have more questions about auto-draft, please send an email to

    Can I pay my HOA bill online?

    Yes you can! You may initiate an automatic payment (ACH/E-Check) to have your payment automatically drafted directly from your bank account on a recurring basis or for a one-time payment. There is NO CHARGE for this service and it eliminates the need to schedule and mail checks. You will need your account number, the Management Company ID, and the Association ID. See below:
