January News #wercharles
A Note from Mrs. Phillips
Dear Charles Families:
Welcome back Chargers! We are excited to begin a new semester. Teachers return on January 3rd and 4th for staff development.
Reminder: January 4th is an elearning day and your student must complete their work to be counted present. Students return in person on the 5th.
We hope you were able to relax and enjoy friends and family over break. If you have any needs, please let us know. We look forward to jumping back into routines and will be reviewing our school-wide expectations. We have a few months before state testing begins and our daily rigor is a priority. We ask that you try to schedule any appointments for your child after school, if possible.
Our NWEA window remains open due to quarantines throughout the district. During break, I was able to disaggregate our performance to the national norm and our percent of students reaching their personal growth goal.

As always, I'm here if you need anything. I try my best to put things out there on Dojo and Social Media. If there is anything else I can do better, please let me know.
