Monday, September 4, is the Labor Day holiday. Both Middle College and Durham Tech are closed.

Induction to the MCHS NHS Chapter is held in the spring; however, juniors who were a part of the National Honors Society at their base school may join the MCHS Equipo chapter with an emailed confirmation from their previous advisor indicating member status.

Middle College High School has enlisted the help of A Plus Test Prep and ACT Online Prep to provide support to our students for the 2023-2024 School Year.

The September Special is on! Get a yearbook for only $40. The price goes up to $45 in October. Some other numbers: nearly 60% of our students bought a yearbook last year. 69% of students were featured in the book at least three times.

MCHS students can get help in college courses in building10, room 308. The first step is creating an account with the Center for Academic Excellence. From there you can book tutors at convenient times.

Save the date! The first PTSA meeting will be held on Monday, September 11 via Zoom at 6:30 p.m. Everyone, even non-members, are encouraged to attend so that you can learn more about the MCHS PTA, how you can join and how you can support the students this year.
