PINE HOLLOW MIDDLE SCHOOL
Tuesday, March 12, 2019
Dear Parents,
With only four days left in the 3rd Quarter, this is a critical time to check in with your child about any missing work and incomplete assignments that they can still turn in. Please take a moment with your child to review HomeLink so that they are encouraged to complete missing work and finish the quarter strong. Although not all work can be turned in late, having a conversation with your child and coming up with a plan to turn in missed work can really help their final quarter grades. Thank you for your continued support and have a great rest of the week!

iReady Results
232 Pine Hollow students increased their iReady scores by 25 points or more from the Diagnostic 1 in September to the Diagnostic 2 in January! This is significant progress, and shows that many of our students are improving their knowledge, skills, and understanding in Math and English. Students who improved at least 25 points on the iReady diagnostic exams were awarded with a special treat at lunch last week. Students who improved at least 40 points were entered into a drawing for a donated Apple Watch.
The iReady diagnostic tests are taken online three times per year and show student progress in Math and English. Parents will be sent information about their child's results later this week. Here is the breakdown of our school-wide progress this year:
