Message from Your PTA
BC Virtual JOG-A-THON (October 12-16)
This year we are doing a virtual Jog-a-thon for a whole week! Instead of doing laps, we are taking pledges for how many 5 minutes increments of physical activity your kiddos can do all week. We know all of our kiddos are stuck in front of their computers, so this is a way to get them active and earn money for their school. This year, all funds raised help us to fund classroom grants, buy more "Class of" T-shirts, fund the donut drive and service the laminator for the school.
We need your help to make this successful!!!! The kids have all week to ask family and friends to pledge them. Kick off tracking activity on Monday the 12th. We will accept cash, but we ask that you use the square link to have friends and family pay (please make sure they state the name of the student/teacher/grade). The teachers will be emailing the pledge sheets out, the school will also be handing them out at the supply distribution happening this Wednesday. We will have 1st, 2nd and 3rd place prizes for the top earners in each class!
Here is the link:
https://checkout.square.site/buy/RMCXZKLIEU4MTAZSBE5ETVRN
We will accept pledge sheets and all cash on November 3rd and 4th. NO CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED THIS YEAR.
Our school goal is $5,000.00! Go Bobcats!
The BC PTA Spirit store is still open. You have a choice to have your items shipped directly to you, or you can choose to do the bulk method that will ship everything to the PTA for us to distribute on a set distribution day (TBD). The link is below.
