Progress Delayed Isn't Progress Denied! 11/11/16
Our Best Year Ever!
Learning from Experience!
Visualization, that seeing of that which is not yet, is essential for the attainment of all the good that man may aspire to.

2016 Goals
- Improve communication between admin and staff. (What information would you like to know (Washea-i.e. changes in programs, staffing, Pat- i.e. How are we fairing compared to other districts, Sue-i.e. how many people have been off work/sub budget, Cindy-i.e. enviro-clean status, Karen-i.e. parent turn-out, committee updates)? How often would you like this information communicated?)
- Cultivate a climate where we support each others efforts, ideas and hard work,
- while holding each other accountable for program excellence. (What ideas/suggestions do you have for improvements? Are you willing to be the person to carry out the initiative? How much will it cost? How will we hold each other accountable?)
- HighScope Certifications for all early childhood classrooms. (What do you need to prepare (i.e.timeline, PQA, trainings)
- Improve our Language, Literacy and Communication Scores on the COR and Ages
- and Stages by one level. (What was your score last year? What is your current score? What is our program score?)
