Spring is Time to REFRESH!
Quarter 3 is just about over! Please make sure your student(s) are checking their PowerSchool for any missing assignments. Also, ask them what their goals are for the last quarter and what it will take to make it happen!
Also, as the weather starts to get nicer (hopefully!), please remind your student(s) about the county dress code and the school expectations regarding the use of our eHallpass system, restroom behaviors, phone and laptop appropriateness, and just being kind to each other. Showing PRIDE is discussed daily with students and we always appreciate your support with this! Being Prepared, Respectful, Independent, Disciplined, and Empathetic!

A Message from the School Nurse
Attention all 6th Graders and Parents:
The state of Maryland requires that all children be current on their immunizations. Before your child enters the 7th grade they are required to have updated Tdap and MCV vaccines (Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis and Meningitis). Please check with your child’s doctor to make sure that they are up to date on all of their vaccines and provide proof of their vaccines to the school nurse. Per Maryland state law, your child will be excluded from school once they start their 7th grade year if we do not have proof of their vaccinations.
Thanks, LMS School Health Room Staff
