Parent Drop Off and Pick Up
Reminders
- NORTH PARKING LOT: SCHOOL BUSES ONLY. Please do not drive into the north lot from 600 E or 820 E unless you are parking and entering the building. This is not a parent drop off area.
- EAST DRIVE THROUGH LANES: PARENT DROP OFF AND PICK UP. Use only the right lane to park and wait. Please do not park and wait in the left lane, it is the pull through lane only.
- SOUTHEAST PARKING LOT AND LANES: Parents may park in the Southeast Lot AND they may use the drive through lanes the same as the East Lanes.
Additionally, we want the pull through lane to remain clear for moving vehicles.
We have crossing guards at both the drop off/pick up lane and 820 E. Thank you for your courtesy and patience as we help students cross both areas.
BE WATCHFUL OF ALL PEDESTRIANS AND CROSSWALKS.
Monday Pledge of Allegiance and National Anthem
In an effort to model patriotism, good citizenship, gratitude, unity, and other qualities, starting Monday, November 16, we begin each week with the Pledge of Allegiance followed by The National Anthem over the intercom. This will happen every Monday we are in school for the remainder of the school year. The rest of the week teachers will continue to recite the Pledge daily from their classrooms each morning.
This week Hanson Johns (8th) led the Pledge while Remi Combs (9th) and Sarah Bennett (8th) (pictured) sang our Anthem. We are proud of these students for their willingness to share and help us. We will choose different students each week to lead these patriotic gestures for our entire student body.
