Morning & Afternoon Car Loop Reminders
Parents and Guardians,
To expedite the drop-off process in our car loop in the morning, please form TWO lines, like we do in the afternoon. Once cars are queued up in front of the covered awning, students will be permitted to exit their vehicles. Please ensure that you follow this procedure.
In the afternoon, please continue to form two lines in our parking lot. Students are to be picked up in front of the covered awning. Please do NOT park in the traffic circle. Vehicles have been blocking the bus entrance and exit. This can not occur. Car riders are to be picked up by the covered awning. Thank you.

Middle School Student Coursework Interest Survey - 02/14
We are excited to launch our middle school Student Coursework Interest Survey for our 5th -8th grade students. This survey is in alignment with our Access & Opportunity goals within Strive for 25’ and helps us provide each school with meaningful data to ensure that student and staff voices are heard as you plan for next year around course placement and student supports. As you know, our school and district are committed to fostering the highest-quality learning experience for its students.
To support these goals, we will be encouraging students, to participate in a brief survey on February 14th in their Math Classes. Survey questions will address students’ views on their coursework, their school experience, and the ways in which our school supports their educational goals. Results will only be used to inform and improve academic supports and advanced/accelerated coursework placement for students. This will also help middle and high schools develop support and determine course placement for incoming 6th and 9th grade students for the 24-25 school year.
We foresee only positive benefits for your student(s) and are excited to gather data that will enable us to better prepare all students to succeed. It is the right of the parent and/or guardian to request to exempt their student from the Student Coursework Interest Survey. At the beginning of the school year, parents provided their selection for surveys on the consent form located in the myStudent Parent Portal. Please review your selection and ensure it is correct, if it is incorrect, please make the changes necessary in the myStudent Parent Portal, at least three days prior to the beginning of the survey and alert your administration to the change.
